Estimates and scope
Prices shown on the website are starting estimates. Every project goes through a scope review before production begins, and we confirm the final scope, price, and delivery schedule with you at that point. Nothing is charged or produced before you have that confirmation.
Revisions
Every project includes one structured revision round. Additional revision rounds can be added per video at the listed add-on rate, or agreed during scope review.
Timelines
Standard turnaround is typically 2–3 business days for short-form work, depending on scope and volume. The preferred delivery date you select at intake is a preference, not a commitment; delivery timing is confirmed at scope review. A 24-hour priority option is available for smaller batches and moves your project to the front of the production queue with a target 24-hour turnaround.
Payment, cancellation and refunds
Payment terms are agreed per project at scope review. One-off projects are typically split: half to begin, half on delivery. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. If you cancel before production begins, anything you have paid for unstarted work is refunded in full. If you cancel after production begins, we bill only for the work completed to that point.
Your content
You keep full ownership of your footage and your finished edits. You confirm you have the rights to the material you send us. We only showcase delivered work in our portfolio with your permission.
