What we collect
When you start a project or use the project tracker, we collect what you give us: your name, email address, company name if you provide one, your project brief, your preferred delivery date, and the footage or links you share. Our website may also use standard analytics to understand how pages are used.
How we use it
Only to run your project: reviewing your brief, producing your edit, sending you email updates about your request, and showing you your own project status in the tracker. We do not sell your information or share it with anyone outside the tools that run our production workflow.
Where it lives
Project details and footage are stored in Vynra’s private production storage. Emails are delivered through our email provider. If payments are enabled for your project, card details are handled entirely by our payment provider and never touch our servers. Access to project data is limited to the people producing your work.
Your footage
Your raw footage and finished edits remain yours. We keep them only to produce and deliver your project, and we never share or publish them without your permission.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to show you the information we hold about your project, correct it, or delete it. Write to hello@vynrastudio.com and we’ll take care of it.
